Abraham Rodriguez, Co-Founder/Chief Construction Officer

Abraham Rodriguez serves as Chief Construction Officer at Restored Roots Remediation, bringing more than a decade of experience in new construction and remodels to the work of creating healthier homes. With around 12 years in the construction industry, Abraham has spent much of his career working around moisture and mold-related conditions, developing a sharp eye for how problems start, where they hide, and what it takes to correct them responsibly. After joining Restored Roots, he deepened that foundation by learning the proper, science-backed approach to remediation and completing training through the CIRSx Institute—aligning his construction expertise with the level of care required for environmentally sensitive homes.

For Abraham, environmental health and remediation quickly became more than a job. Seeing firsthand how deeply mold can impact a person’s life—physically, emotionally, and financially—shifted his perspective. What might look like “just a house problem” from the outside often carries a much heavier weight for the families living in it. That reality is what turns the work into a purpose rather than a paycheck, and it’s what motivates him to show up with seriousness, compassion, and follow-through.

At Restored Roots Remediation, Abraham’s favorite part of the work is the team—the knowledge they carry and the passion they bring to every project. He values being surrounded by people who care deeply about doing things the right way, and he believes that shared commitment is what helps clients feel supported when they’re overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.

Abraham brings a unique blend of construction insight and practical problem-solving to the team. Years of experience have trained him to spot water damage and structural issues that most people miss, and his background working with electrical and plumbing systems helps ensure damaged materials are removed safely while maintaining code compliance. Above all, he enjoys guiding clients back to a healthy home—helping them move from uncertainty to a clear path forward, and restoring a sense of safety where it matters most.

Outside of work, Abraham loves spending time with his family and getting outdoors whenever he can. And a fun fact many people don’t expect: he’s also a fitness coach and CrossFit personal trainer—someone who genuinely enjoys helping others build strength, resilience, and confidence, both on the job and beyond it.
