Even in his first days in the field, Tristan has been energized by the overall experience—especially the sense of purpose that comes from showing up for homeowners and being part of real, visible change inside a home.

What stands out most to Tristan is the atmosphere at Restored Roots: a team environment that feels steady, supportive, and focused on doing the work the right way. He’s motivated by seeing results in real time—watching a problem improve, step by step, and knowing that each task contributes to a healthier space for the people living there. Outside of work, Tristan is deeply creative. He spends much of his time making and producing music and creating art—and he’s a lifelong music fan who will always have something playing if he can.
