We treat such information with care and confidentiality and use it only to:

• understand client sensitivities that may affect project planning

• tailor non-toxic and low-impact remediation approaches

• communicate effectively regarding project conditions

We do not store, request, or require medical records, diagnostic reports, or protected health information.

Clients should not submit detailed medical documentation through:

• website forms

• email

• text

• uploaded project files

Any health information shared voluntarily is handled securely and is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
