Lisa Goertzen, Operations & Training Coordinator
Lisa Goertzen is a steady, behind-the-scenes force at Restored Roots Remediation—bringing deep experience, thoughtful organization, and genuine care to the work of supporting clients and the team. With three years in the remediation field and an extensive background in project and office management spanning decades, Lisa helps create the structure and follow-through that allows important work to happen smoothly, consistently, and with the level of care clients deserve.
Lisa chose Restored Roots Remediation intentionally. While she had other opportunities on the table, she was drawn to remediation because it’s tangible—there’s a clear goal, a clear process, and a clear end result. But even more than that, she chose this team because of the company’s values: client service, integrity, and a commitment to creating healthier environments for families. For Lisa, that combination matters. It’s not just about getting a job done—it’s about doing it in a way that puts people first, especially when they’re already stressed, tired, or dealing with long-term health concerns.
Her favorite part of working at Restored Roots is the people. Lisa loves working alongside Aimee and the crew, and she finds real meaning in the shared mission of helping clients move toward a home that feels safe again. She brings compassion, sharp attention to detail, and a practical “think outside the box” mindset—often seeing solutions others might miss and helping keep the client experience steady and supportive from start to finish.
What Lisa enjoys most is the impact: knowing that the work can take someone who has been suffering for a long time and help place them back into an environment where they can breathe easier, function better, and truly begin to thrive again. That outcome is what makes the effort worth it—and it’s why she approaches her role with care and consistency.
Outside of work, Lisa values simple, grounding things: time with friends and family, and time in nature—especially anywhere with woods and water. Rivers, lakes, and oceans are her happy place, and she’s happiest when life slows down enough to be surrounded by them.
